We are currently hiring for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing import dealership group. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the vehicle sales department which includes: inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction in the vehicle sales department. The ideal candidate must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic.
Only individuals with Automotive Sales or Management experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Management of sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and supervise sales team
- Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
- Sale pricing management
- Reinforce company policies and adheres to policies
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years Automotive Management Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of successful selling
- Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be a strong CLOSER

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
