The Registered Dietitian (RD) position is central to resident wellness — the Registered Dietitian (RD) oversees nutritional care across our long-term care and short-term rehabilitation populations. Registered Dietitian (RD) Duties
Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
Monitor residents' nutritional status, weights, and dietary intake
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on resident nutrition goals
Ensure menus and meal plans meet clinical and regulatory standards
Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
