Overnight CNA - 11pm-7am
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As an Overnight CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents 11pm-7am, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met while they sleep peacefully. Required Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care
Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Report changes in a resident's condition to the resident's nurse and supervisor
Coordinate dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up and clean-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance
Deliver nutritional supplements to residents as scheduled and document intake
Assist with weighing residents and reporting weight changes to the nurse and supervisor
Report any incidents or concerns to the supervisor and/or administrator
