Metro Children's Services is one of New York City's leading Early Intervention providers, delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Our multidisciplinary team provides Special Instruction (SI), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy in children's homes and community settings throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan.
We're actively expanding our provider network and are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while empowering families through education and support.

Who We're Looking For
We are currently seeking professionals with one of the following New York State licenses or certifications:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2) Certification
- Permanent Special Education Certification
- Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Physical Therapist (PT)
What You'll Do
As an Early Intervention Provider, you'll deliver individualized, family-centered services that promote meaningful developmental progress during a child's earliest years.
Depending on your discipline, responsibilities may include:
- Providing one-on-one Early Intervention services in the child's home or natural environment
- Delivering Special Instruction (SI), ABA, Speech, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy services
- Implementing IFSP goals using evidence-based, discipline-specific interventions
- Supporting communication, cognitive, social-emotional, adaptive, sensory, fine motor, gross motor, and developmental skills
- Coaching parents and caregivers with practical strategies to reinforce progress between visits
- Collaborating with Service Coordinators, physicians, evaluators, and multidisciplinary team members
- Completing documentation accurately and in accordance with New York State Early Intervention guidelines
