- Responsible for hauling of construction debris to a designated site.
- Drive commercial tandem roll-off trucks in congested city, highway and disposal areas
- Perform complete pre-trip inspection including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls
- Properly tarp vehicles to prevent loss of trailer/container contents during transport
- Reports delays or accidents to dispatch
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs without assistance
- Physically able to safely manually tarp trailers and roll-off containers ranging in size from 10-yard to 40-yard capacity
- Communicate with and take direction from office personnel dispatching outgoing loads
- Will be required to work overtime, weekends, and during emergency conditions.
- Required to have a minimum Class B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement.
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Must have valid DOT Medical card.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Knowledge of City Streets and surrounding suburbs
- Minimum 2 Year's actual on the road experience
- WILL TRAIN CANDIDATES WITH ADEQUATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE ON EQUIPMENT AND SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS RELATIVE TO DIAMOND WASTE & RECYCLING
