Duties
- Possess intimate knowledge of the back bar and encourage guests to order off menu
- Operate POS systems, specifically Toast
- Maintain and exceed cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with and exceeding food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work well with others; we're hiring a small team
- Show up on time and in dress code
Experience
- At least 1 year working in a craft cocktail environment preferred
- Demonstrate a knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and cocktailing techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining an intimate, personable experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
