We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Hairstylist to join our salon team serving residents in a beautiful senior living community.
This is a part-time, independent contractor (1099) position working Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

- An automatic 20% gratuity is added to every service, and 100% of gratuities are paid directly to the hairstylist

Qualifications
- Current Florida Cosmetology License
- Previous salon experience required
- Experience working in a senior living community is a strong plus
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient with older adults
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, shampoo and styles, roller sets, blowouts, and color services
- Manage your own appointment schedule
- Complete all required daily paperwork accurately and on time
- Rebook residents for future appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming salon experience
