Nail Technician — W-2 Commission
Newly licensed but don’t feel completely salon-ready yet? That’s okay.
Pink Bubble is hiring licensed Nail Technicians to join our Salt Lake City salon. We’re especially interested in newer technicians who are dependable, creative, eager to learn, and want the opportunity to build real salon experience while continuing to strengthen their skills.
No established clientele required. Hands-on mentorship and skill development provided.

Pink Bubble’s owner is passionate about nail education and is willing to personally coach newer technicians in areas where they’d like additional experience. Whether you want to improve your speed, shaping, retention, e-file technique, enhancements, pedicures, nail art, or client consultations, we’ll help you continue developing while working as a licensed professional.
Experienced technicians and technicians returning to the industry are also encouraged to apply.
Services & Skills
Depending on your current experience and goals, continued coaching may include:
Gel manicures and structured gel services
BIAB and hard-gel overlays
Gel-X extensions
Acrylic enhancements
Pedicures
Nail art
E-file technique, product removal, and natural-nail preparation
Service timing and efficiency
Client consultation and overall salon experience
You are not expected to have mastered every service before applying.
Compensation & Benefits
W-2 employee position — not booth rental
Commission-based compensation
$150 new-hire bonus after successful completion of 60 days
Technicians retain their client tips
No existing clientele required
Products, equipment, and salon workspace provided
Hands-on mentorship and continued professional development

New-hire bonus is subject to 60 consecutive days of employment in good standing, satisfactory attendance/performance, and agreed-upon scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
Active Utah Nail Technician or Cosmetologist license required before performing services
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous salon experience welcomed but not required
Reliable and professional
Strong attention to detail and sanitation
Comfortable communicating with clients
Willing to learn and receive constructive feedback
Some evening and/or weekend availability preferred
