Senior Director, Regulated Markets Client Market Strategy (EGWP, M3P RDS)

As theSenior Director, Regulated Markets Client Market Strategy, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for key Medicare-related product lines, including Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP), the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P), and the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) program.
In this role, you will shape the future of regulated market solutions by partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and create meaningful value for customers. You will lead high-performing teams, influence enterprise strategy, and help advance innovative solutions that improve operational performance and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for EGWP, M3P, and RDS products, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth, client retention, and profitability goals.
- Lead end-to-end product and operational execution, delivering compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions for clients and members.
- Drive business performance by owning financial results, including revenue, margin, expense management, and overall product sustainability.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to deliver seamless service and a consistent customer experience.
- Establish vendor strategies and performance expectations that support operational excellence, compliance, and business objectives.
- Guide large-scale initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful execution of critical operational activities, including enrollment, billing, implementations, audits, reporting, member support, and technology enhancements.
- Provide strategic oversight of regulated market operations while anticipating industry, regulatory, and client needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Shape the future direction and market positioning of EGWP offerings through multi-year planning and innovation.
- Lead efforts that support STAR Ratings performance, quality outcomes, adherence initiatives, and CMS performance measures for EGWP PDP products.
- Develop and inspire Directors and their teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing insights, recommendations, and solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in regulated healthcare, Medicare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plans, insurance operations, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Medicare programs, EGWP, PDP, M3P, RDS, and other regulated healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading complex operational, product, or client-facing functions with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to translate them into effective business strategies and operational practices.
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience managing financial performance, business results, and operational budgets.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives, clients, and partners.
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing vendor relationships and complex service delivery models.
- Knowledge of Medicare STAR Ratings programs and quality performance initiatives.
- Experience identifying and implementing technology, automation, or AI-driven process improvements.
- Executive presence with experience presenting business strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 177,800 - 296,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
