Some daily responsibilities could include: prep & set-up for lunch dinner and brunch menu items and specials using standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Kitchen experience required. Must be able to work weekends including Sundays.
