Between inbound calls, walk-in traffic, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities from our existing book of business, we need experienced producers who are ready to write business, not spend their day servicing accounts.

What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License
- Prior insurance sales experience is required
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Existing relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, business owners, and other referral partners are a plus
- The ability to call leads back the same day
Compensation
- Commission-only position with a draw
- 70% commission on qualified new business
- Unlimited earning potential based on your production

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
