Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractor Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) to join our vibrant Workers’ Compensation Medical Office. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical histories, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal issues related to workplace injuries
- Perform targeted chiropractic treatments such as trigger point therapy, spinal adjustments, and other manual therapies to alleviate acute pain and improve mobility
- Develop personalized care plans that incorporate physiologic understanding, medical imaging insights, and evidence-based techniques for optimal recovery outcomes
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation of symptoms and response to treatments, adjusting care strategies as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and occupational safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the office to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches for complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements
Qualifications
- Valid chiropractic license (D.C.) in good standing with applicable state licensing boards
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health and injury management
- Experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques
- Proficiency in acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy techniques
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and injury-specific care plans for workers’ compensation cases
- Ability to interpret medical imaging results and incorporate findings into treatment protocols
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
