We're looking for an experienced designer who wants to do more than create pretty graphics.
This role is for someone who can combine great design, modern AI tools, and production expertise to build scalable creative systems that support a fast-growing consumer products company.
You'll work directly with our leadership team to create everything from Shopify product photography to trade show materials, and AI-assisted design workflows.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain Shopify landing pages
- Maintain product packaging, labels, sell sheets, trade show graphics, and marketing materials
- Develop repeatable brand systems
- Implement AI-assisted tools to produce premium product photography and lifestyle imagery
- Create digital assets for email, social media, retail, and e-commerce
- Work directly with printers and packaging vendors to ensure production-ready artwork
- Manage revisions, proofs, dielines, and print specifications
- Collaborate with an in-office team to bring new products and campaigns to market
- Develop on brand social media posts.
Required Skills
- Substantial Shopify experience
- Substantial Canva experience
- Substantial Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Experience creating production-ready print files
- Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands
- Experience designing food, supplement, or wellness packaging
- Product photography and photo retouching experience
- Knowledge of FDA labeling requirements and packaging compliance
- Experience with Amazon, retail, or e-commerce brands

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
