Job Overview
Dunzo Roofing & Gutters is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Project Consultant to join our team.
As a Project Consultant, you’ll conduct roof inspections, educate customers on their roofing needs, provide solutions, prepare estimates, and guide projects from inspection through completion. This position is ideal for someone with roofing experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct professional roof inspections.
Identify storm damage, aging, and repair or replacement needs.
Meet with property owners, managers, and customers to discuss roofing solutions.
Prepare and present estimates and project proposals.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Assist customers through the insurance claim process when applicable.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate projects with office staff and production teams.
Maintain accurate customer and project information within company software.
Represent Dunzo Roofing & Gutters with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Roofing industry experience is required.
Sales or project consulting experience is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
