What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
- Prepare apartments and resident rooms for new move-ins.
- Complete work orders promptly while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
- Assist with building inspections, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain outdoor areas, equipment, and community grounds as needed.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist residents with transportation, appointments, or special projects when needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in building maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Friendly, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
