Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time Position)
Job Summary
Our award-winning independent craft brewery is seeking a dynamic and creative part-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will manage our social media presence, creating and posting content that covers activities going on across our business and reinforces our core values and all that makes our team and business special. Come help us continue to grow our online presence and build community!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media plans reflecting our core values and business goals
- Monitor and manage social media operations, including scheduling/posting and interacting with our online community (including stories, reposts, and participating in online conversations)
- Create engaging content for social media (including recording, editing and creating videos, photography, graphics, and related messaging) – minimum of 3 “static” posts and 1 clip/reel/short video across our platforms per week
- Develop strong relationships with beer industry professionals and social media influencers to expand reach in our communities
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and make recommendations for enhancement
- Stay updated on and use the latest social media best practices, technology/algorithm developments, and strategies for optimizing reach
- Be on site at our brewery regularly to take photos and videos (e.g., events, new beers) and for one strategy/planning meeting each month
Requirements
- Knowledgeable advocate of craft beer
- Dedicated to building community through social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent graphic design and writing skills
- Proficient in Canva for graphic design and content development/editing
- Full of good humor with strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay: $800-$1500 per month (depending on agreed scope of work and experience level); estimated 8 hours/week
Work Location: Hybrid remote

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per month
