The Land Report Analysis is seeking a skilled professional for the Customer Service role. This multifaceted position requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of organizational acumen, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. - Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and strive for customer loyalty at every touchpoint.
- Accurately process and record all transactions using the designated tracking software.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and/or relevant departments as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to increase knowledge and performance level.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the team leads.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving customer service goals and standards.
