What You’ll Do
As a Route Manager, you’ll own and grow your own territory, delivering best-in-class service that sets us apart from the big national companies:
- Manage and expand a dedicated pest control route with professionalism, efficiency, and integrity.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial clients.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive exceptional client retention and organic growth.
- Perform seasonal services, inspections, and monitoring to maintain year-round protection.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and clearly communicate value to clients.
- Accurately document services, findings, and recommendations with pride in your work.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Proven experience in pest control or a strong mechanical aptitude and desire to master the trade.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
