Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Utilize strong retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
- Engage in retail sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Handle cash transactions with precision and efficiency
- Supervise and assist with daily store operations
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Must have smoke shop experience
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
