Krazy Bins is looking for an efficient, courteous Cashier and stock employee willing to flex between roles who possesses excellent customer service skills. To succeed as a Cashier/Stock flex, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be reliable, trustworthy, responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
The successful Cashier/Stick flex candidate will:

Ensure prices and quantities are accurate when checking out our customers
- Accept payments and issue receipts.
- Answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers about merchandise or item location.
- Must be able to properly respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Process and stock inventory from receipt to shelf
Responsibilities

Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Operating cash registers.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges; resolving complaints.
- processing and sorting new arrival inventory
- Processing inventory to bins and shelves
- Handling inventory that could be up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service or Cashier experience required.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly and reconcile your drawer after each shift
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Basic math and ability to operate a POS terminal.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
- Attention to detail.
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
