We are recruiting for an experienced back office team member for a specialty practice in Grovetown, GA preferably residing in or near the area. The new Team Member is responsible for working in a medical clinic for foot and ankle services. We are looking for someone who can communicate with patients and co-workers in a professional yet friendly manner, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities for front office include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, check in, checkout, insurance verification, and collecting payments
Responsibilities for back office include: Assisting the doctor with patients, patient vitals, patient charts, and helping with DME supplies. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, can multi-task, ability to learn and follow policies and procedures, and provide 5-star service to our patients.
Preferred experience: 1 year in a medical office setting and an understanding of health insurance as it relates to patient benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays.
