Overview:
Turple Communications LLC is hiring an Junior Field Technician to support internal and client-facing IT operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical problems and maintaining robust IT systems in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and security protocols.
- Participate in shift work and on-call support schedules.
- Occasionally work from heights and lift heavy equipment.
- Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
- Help desk
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Capable of heavy lifting and working from heights when needed.
- Windows Experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a clean security background check.
- Willingness to perform on-call duties and shift work.
Preferred Experience:
- TWIC card is considered an asset
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
- CCTV Systems Installation Experience
- A/V Systems Installation Experience
- Low-Voltage Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
