1754 House is seeking professional, hospitality-driven servers to join our restaurant and events team. We are looking for individuals who are warm, polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Our service style is rooted in genuine hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail. This role includes restaurant dining service, private events, weddings, brunches, and special experiences throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional guest service
- Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and beverage selections
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service standards
- Execute smooth and organized table service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, support staff, and management
- Prepare dining areas before service and assist with breakdown afterward
- Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, memorable experience
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and hospitality standards throughout service
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Catering and event experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event shifts
- Wine, cocktail, or fine dining knowledge is a plus
