The Ashford is Brookhaven’s renowned neighborhood spot for upscale casual dining, craft cocktails, and good vibes. Right now we’re looking for a awesome hospitality expert to join our team!
If you’ve got experience in full-service, upscale restaurants and know how to deliver hospitality that makes guests feel like VIPs, we want to meet you. Bonus points if you can talk about cocktails, wine, and follow steps of service with confidence.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work dinner hours (4pm-10pm). possibly brunch (10:30am-4:00pm)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Our shifts are currently Tuesday-Sunday. Brunch Saturdays and Sundays
- Must have experience in upscale and elevated restaurant and/or cocktail bar environments
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Must enjoy being on a great team
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate the Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and aesthetic of the venue.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and address customer needs effectively.
- Assist in private or restaurant events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
