Ophelia's Pizza + Bar is looking for a Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Part Time
Compensation: $19-23/Hr
Our restaurant is searching for a creative and motivated line cook to join the team. They should have in-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Complete daily prep and maintain a fully stocked station
- Execute tickets accurately and efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation
- Follow food safety & storage procedures
- Minimize waste and maintain proper portion control
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Maintain and properly use kitchen equipment
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year kitchen experience
- Team oriented leadership
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to work 10+ hour shifts
