Brown's Corner Small Stop is a division of Small and Sons Oil Dist. Co. We are a convenience store/gas station located in Auburn, WA.
In addition to our convenience store products and gas station, we have a great hot food menu, with plenty of breakfast/lunch/dinner items to go!
We are looking for hard working, motivated, Cooks with prep, oven, grilling, and deep fryer experience. This is a part-time position, Tues/Wed 6am - 2pm and Sat/Sun 6am - 12pm.
Job Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to established recipes
- Ensure food is prepared timely and meets quality standards
- Monitor and maintain the quality of hot food
- Prepare, merchandise, and rotate product for display
- Communicate with leadership any shortages or excesses of food items in inventory
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Any other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Current Food Handlers Certification
- Prior experience as a cook in the food industry or related field
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Schedule:
- Tues/Wed: 6am - 2pm
- Sat/Sun: 6am - 12pm
Pay Range:
- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (DOE)
