<Job Overview>
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the field execution of luxury custom home projects from groundbreaking through final delivery.
This is a leadership role responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate has a proven track record building custom homes or has managed large-scale residential projects with a production builder and is ready to operate at a higher level.
<Duties>
- Manage all on-site construction activities from sitework through final completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules
- Enforce strict job site safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
- Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections
- Coordinate all inspections (county, third-party, and internal)
- Review plans, specifications, and details to ensure accurate execution
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays
- Communicate daily with the Construction Manager and project team on progress and risks
- Manage material deliveries, logistics, and site sequencing
- Lead project closeout, including punch lists and final detailing to luxury standards
<Qualifications>
- 7–15+ years of residential construction experience
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong background in luxury custom homes or high-volume production building
- Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Ability to read, interpret, and proactively coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings with minimal oversight
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
- Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.) preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
