The Role: As a Holiday Light Installation Tech, you will be primarily responsible for safely and efficiently installing holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lift/bucket trucks up to 45ft (prior experience is a huge plus).
- Safely navigate and work on both flat and pitched roofs.
- Set up and climb ladders ranging from 6ft to 40ft.
- Work outdoors extensively in various seasonal weather elements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: No previous experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate! (Note: Prior experience operating lift/bucket trucks is a huge plus).
- Age & Driving: Must be 23 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Comfort with Heights: Must be completely comfortable working at elevated heights on tall ladders and in bucket trucks.
- Reliability: Must be highly dependable, punctual, and ready to work your scheduled shifts.
- Skills Test: Please note that ladder safety and lift/bucket skills will be physically tested during the interview process.
- Experince not needed pay based on expericnce.
Schedule & Hours:
- Peak Install Season (August – December): 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), averaging 35 to 50 hours per week.
- Non-Peak Season: 4 to 5 days a week.
Compensation:
- Pay: Pay is based on experience:$20/hour and up
