Family-owned, local Korean restaurant is looking for someone who can be a server at our restaurant as well as work the cafe.
You will have two different kind of shifts, depending on your and our schedules. One as a server in the restaurant, and second as someone who can make boba tea, snacks, and desserts at the attached cafe.
During the weekdays, you'll get server shifts, and on the weekend, you will get cafe shifts.
What you will get: weekday server shifts, tipped minimum + tips (usually at least $100, up to $200).
Weekend cafe shifts, regular minimum + split tips with the restaurants.
Wages will increase depending on how well you do, with increased responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who can and wants to move up to the management roles.
We are a small restaurant (30 tops at Max), server will often be the only person in FOH, meaning they have to be the host, server, runner, busser.
Must have consistent availability, between 3:30 - 11 on weekdays, and 11:30 - 8 on weekends.
Must be fluent in English. Spanish or Korean a plus.
