Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.

Support training and supervision to ensure exceptional customer service.

Help maintain a positive, welcoming store atmosphere for customers.

Contribute to daily production tasks and customer service.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Retail management experience.
