If you're good at fixing bikes, you already know the ceiling at a shop. You clock in, you wrench, you clock out. Your speed and your skill don't change what you take home.
This is different.
Mobile Bike Medic is a 10-year-old mobile bicycle repair and sales business serving 7,000+ customers across 70+ gated communities and HOAs in Southwest Florida. We bring the shop to the customer - fully equipped van/trailer, established accounts, and a full schedule waiting for the right person.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

You operate independently. You load up a fully stocked van, drive to a scheduled community event, check in customers, assess bikes, present repair options, complete the work, and represent this brand the way you'd want to be represented.
Monday–Friday. Core season October through May.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be:
- A bike shop technician who's tired of the pay ceiling and wants to actually earn what you're worth
- Customer service oriented personell
- A recent graduate (high school or college) who rides, wrenches, and wants to build a real career in the industry
- An engineering or business student who wants hands-on experience running a revenue-generating operation
What you need:
- Hands-on bicycle repair experience - you know your way around a bike - derailleur adjustments, hydraulic brakes, wheel truing, drivetrain service and flat repair
- Customer-facing confidence - you can talk to people, explain repairs clearly, and present options
- Integrity without exception - every transaction goes through our system; this is non-negotiable
- Available Monday–Friday
- Valid driver's license and clean record
Bonus points if you:
- Are an active cyclist yourself
- Have e-bike repair experience
- Have ever worked a event, expo, or pop-up format

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $32,000
- Commission: paid on revenue you generate - the more value you deliver, the more you earn
- Tips: 100% yours to keep
- Total expected compensation: $43,000–$55,000
- 10 paid days off per year
- All tools, equipment, and inventory provided
- Ongoing training and field support resources
