Qualifications-
High School diploma/GED.
-
Nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in complex electrical control panels, to include four (4) years of electrical-related work experience in an industrial setting (i.e. industrial factory/facility, electrical utility, wastewater/water reclamation treatment facility or potable water production facility).

ISA Certified Control Systems Technician, Electrical Journeyman, Master or Certification as a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI).
Key Responsibilities-
Performs skilled technical diagnosis, repair and preventative maintenance activities on electrical components, controls, circuitry, equipment and machinery for Water Production or Water Reclamation facilities.

Employees in this classification have considerable experience and expertise in electrical diagnosis and repair of automated systems, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's).

Position adheres to established schedules/guidelines for preventative maintenance, safety procedures, work assignments, and quality control.

Performs related work as required on voltages up to and including 4160 Volts, depending on assigned area of work.
