Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with psychiatric medication management appointments including updating their medical histories and assessing current symptoms.
- Administer TMS, transcranial magnetic stimulation, treatments and assist with administration of Spravato treatments
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments and completing prior authorizations for psychiatric medications
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently by documenting patient information and treatment plans accurately.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout visits.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting including outpatient clinics or psychiatric hospital preferred.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
