Job Overview
Gorilla Tire is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Secretary/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly while providing excellent customer service. This position involves answering phones, assisting customers, managing paperwork, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff, and handling day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced used tire business.
The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Assist customers with questions regarding tire inventory, pricing, and services.
- Create invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Enter data and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
