We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Shop Operations Associate.
This role is a huge part of the day-to-day flow of the shop. From keeping flowers processed and organized to making sure the space feels welcoming and polished, you help create the experience our customers walk into every day.
We are a floral studio specializing in retail flowers, weddings, and events, and we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and genuinely likes being part of a small team environment.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 3:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:30pm
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Opening and closing the shop using our daily checklist
- Processing and conditioning fresh flowers by cutting, hydrating, and organizing inventory into the cooler
- Maintaining cooler organization so flowers and supplies stay easy to access for the design team
- Keeping the retail space clean, organized, and visually welcoming throughout the day
- Answering incoming calls professionally and warmly
- Greeting walk-in customers and assisting them when needed
- Packaging and staging completed orders for pickup and delivery
- Monitoring inventory levels for vases, packaging, ribbons, and daily shop supplies
- Prepping and organizing supplies ahead of busy periods
- Supporting the design team during holidays and high-volume days
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically active role. You should be comfortable on your feet for extended periods, lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs, and handling the physical demands of a working floral studio including hauling trash, moving buckets of water, and handling deliveries.

No floral experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.
