In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for motorcycle service customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from the moment they walk through the door or call in. Your energetic approach will help build lasting relationships, promote our services, and support the efficient operation of our service department. Responsibilities
- Greet motorcycle service customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist clients in scheduling service appointments and explain available maintenance options clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely vehicle intake and completion of repairs.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about vehicle status and repair processes.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Support the dealership’s sales efforts by promoting vehicle maintenance packages and automotive products when appropriate.
- Service work order detail & filing prior upon completion
- Provides service transport dispatch
- Ensures customers receive the Service CXI email and tracks response rate
- Communicates with customers regarding declined work, current promotions & program benefits
- Assists with organizing bikes in service area
- Reconciles service cash register daily
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience or auto service background is highly preferred.
- General knowledge of motorcycle repair procedures highly preferred
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently manage cash handling procedures.
- Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one
- Driver's License (required)
