We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide meaningful therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia

Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
