Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Route Sales Representative/Driver to join our team! Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage daily route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and offering product recommendations or upselling opportunities.
- Conduct accurate pricing assessments and maintain detailed delivery records.
- Merchandise products at customer locations, ensuring proper display and stock levels.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status, route changes, or customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and inventory management.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and route delivery operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day.
- Organizational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage delivery documentation accurately.
Pay: $55,519.38 - $65,840.54 per year
