Position Overview
A.C. Moate Industries is expanding in the Reno, Nevada market and is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator / Sales Professional to support and drive this growth.
This role is best suited for a results-driven professional who excels at developing relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full sales and estimating process. The ideal candidate brings industry experience, operates independently, and has a strong track record of converting opportunities into revenue.
This is not an entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site meetings with clients to assess project needs
- Evaluate pavement conditions, including asphalt, sealcoat, striping, and repair scopes
- Develop and present accurate, professional estimates and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Perform consistent follow-up to secure new and repeat business
- Contribute to market expansion efforts within the Reno commercial sector
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt, paving, or construction estimating and sales
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of pavement systems and maintenance solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in the field and maintain a flexible schedule as needed

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual earnings potential of $80,000 – $500,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
