Wise Woman Wellness is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Medical Assistant to join our established women’s health specialty practice in De Pere.
We are intentionally different from a traditional high-volume medical office. Our practice allows time for personalized care, patient education, and developing long-term relationships with the women we serve.
This position is ideal for an experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys variety, works confidently and independently, takes ownership of responsibilities, and genuinely enjoys helping patients. The position combines clinical patient care with administrative responsibilities as part of a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do
This position combines clinical patient care with administrative responsibilities and offers plenty of variety throughout the day.
- Prepare patients for visits, obtain vital signs, and assist with patient flow
- Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and laboratory-related tasks
- Assist with specialized in-office testing and assessments after training
- Support the provider with patient care, chart preparation, and follow-up
- Coordinate laboratory testing, results, referrals, records, and other patient-care needs
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients by phone, message, and in person
- Assist patients with scheduling, testing instructions, forms, and next steps in their care
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record
- Assist with new-patient onboarding and other administrative responsibilities
- Help ensure patient-care tasks are followed through accurately and promptly

- Has solid Medical Assistant experience and can work confidently and independently
- Is experienced and comfortable with phlebotomy

Qualifications
- Medical Assistant training and/or significant relevant clinical experience required
- Previous outpatient medical office experience strongly preferred
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
- CMA, RMA, CCMA, or similar credential preferred
- Experience in women’s health, primary care, endocrinology, functional/integrative medicine, or another specialty practice is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
Additional Friday hours may be available based on clinic needs.
Approximately 36–40 hours per week. No evenings or weekends.
Starting pay: $24.00 per hour, with consideration for experience.

Wise Woman Wellness is an established women’s health specialty practice in De Pere, Wisconsin. We provide comprehensive, personalized care for women with a particular focus on midlife health, menopause, hormone and thyroid concerns, metabolic health, and overall wellness.
