Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused P&C Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with insurance products, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Title: P&C Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)
Compensation: $20/hr. - $21/hr. + $2/hr. bonus
Training: 7 weeks training

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with insurance needs
- Promote and sell appropriate insurance products
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Meet performance and sales targets
Basic Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) or Personal Lines License
- License must be valid in the state where you currently reside
Work From Home Requirements:
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection:
- Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
- 20–30 Mbps upload speed
Additional Information:
- This is a fully remote position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
