What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Utilize digital inspections, photos, and videos to educate customers and build trust.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
- Deliver a transparent, no-pressure service experience that creates lifelong customers.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
