Cranberry Advanced Dental Care is a cutting-edge dental practice located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, specializing in cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated (EFDA) Dental Assistant to join our growing practice.
Requirements
- 0–2 + years of dental assisting experience required
- EFDA certification required
- X-ray certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping people and creating a positive patient experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during patient procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Support patient care by ensuring comfort and clear communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic administrative tasks
- Provide some front office assistance as needed
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- 5 days per week scheduling availability preferred

- Work in compliance with all healthcare policies and standards (ex: OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, & funding body regulations)
- Sterilize all instruments and disinfect equipment according to clinic and manufacturer’s guidelines
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection prevention & exposure control policies and procedures
- Ensure operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; requesting repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; learning new equipment and techniques
- Pour and trim study casts; clean and polish removable appliances; fabricate and polish temporary restorations; fabricate bite blocks, custom trays, bleaching trays, and occlusal guards

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
