We are a growing, professional painting and home improvement company based in Medford, NJ seeking experienced, reliable painting subcontractor crews to partner with on residential and light commercial projects. We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior painting, trim work, and related carpentry services. If your crew delivers consistent excellence, we want to build a long-term partnership with steady work year-round.
What We’re Looking For
We only partner with professional, dependable crews who uphold the highest standards:
- Fully licensed and registered as a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (NJ HIC) with current registration.
- Proper insurance coverage (General Liability minimum $1M preferred, Workers’ Compensation).
- Professional appearance and conduct on job sites (neat uniforms, clean vehicles, respectful of clients and property).
- Drug-free workplace – Clean background and commitment to safety.
- Own full set of professional tools, equipment (including sprayers, ladders, scaffolding as needed), and reliable transportation with proper insurance.
- Proven experience in residential interior/exterior painting, preparation, and finish work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to complete jobs on time and within budget.
- Ability to provide references from previous general contractors or clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality painting and related prep/finish work on assigned projects.
- Manage your own crew (2–6 painters typical).
- Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism.
- Coordinate scheduling and communicate progress with our team.
- Deliver 5-star customer experiences.
