Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and return to their highest level of functional independence through individualized rehabilitation programs.
What You'll Do:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on mobility training, balance, strength, endurance, pain management, and fall prevention

Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions

Collaborate closely with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary rehab teams

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license required
