Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current license with the State Department of Health
- Up-to-date BLS certification
- Commitment to maintain ARRT-required continuing education credits
- Ability to work overtime and participate in call duty as operationally required
- Solid understanding of the care needs for both pediatric and geriatric populations
- Professionalism, time management, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiographic and CT procedures to assist in medical diagnoses under the supervision of the Imaging Director and radiologist
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective patient care
- Adhere to departmental and organizational policies regarding infection control, safety, and confidentiality
- Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a safe, courteous environment for patients and colleagues
- Support ongoing improvement activities within the department and provide constructive feedback when appropriate
- Willingly accept additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs
