Home Health Caregiver Position
Job Summary:
Modani Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Caregivers in Buffalo, Missouri. As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. This is a PART_TIME opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $14-$14.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers, including walkers, canes, and wheelchairs
Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients, while encouraging social interaction and engagement
