Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead commercial staffing sales across the assigned region. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing and coaching a high-performing sales team, expanding client relationships, executing regional sales strategies, and achieving revenue objectives. The ideal candidate has strong commercial staffing or B2B sales experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building lasting customer partnerships.
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity and results.

Present and demonstrate staffing solutions to prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor research.

Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide reports to executive leadership.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales leadership or sales management.

Experience in the commercial staffing industry or B2B sales environment.

Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Work Environment

Approximately 50% of the time will be spent in the Columbus office.

Remaining time will involve customer meetings and team leadership across Cincinnati, West Cleveland, and Michigan.

Daily use of computers, phones, CRM systems, and standard office equipment.
