Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of an Assisted Living community dedicated to providing exceptional memory care services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Assisted Living working with individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's care programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for the facility’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise management staff and direct teams across nursing, social work, activities, and support services to maintain high standards of resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living, nursing home operations, and home & community care services.
- Manage budgeting processes, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and staff retention through effective supervision and leadership.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies to enhance resident well-being and community engagement.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing resident satisfaction, safety outcomes, and operational performance.
Experience
- Active and unencumbered LALD license with the state of Minnesota.
- Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living
- Extensive working knowledge of dementia care practices including Alzheimer’s disease management and memory care strategies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards for assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
- Background in social work or healthcare management is highly desirable.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
