Job Title: Part-Time Night Janitorial Cleaner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of a facility in Chesterfield Missouri during evening hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Evening/Night shifts (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- May include weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain floors by polishing, buffing, or using floor equipment as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in a medical facility required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable and punctual
- Personal Vehicle Required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use cleaning equipment
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments
Work Environment:
- Indoor commercial or office setting
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals (training and PPE provided)
- Quiet, after-hours work environment

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
